Edward Charles Doley was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he developed a deep passion for spiritual matters from a young age. His grandmothers, Shirley P. Doley and Iona Ricks, played a pivotal role in nurturing his faith, taking him to various churches and fostering his compassion for others.
At just six years old, Edward founded the Our Lady of Lourdes Choir and exhibited natural leadership qualities. His journey as a singer and minister began early, but it wasn't until later that he realized his calling to preach the Gospel.
Following the impact of Hurricane Katrina, Edward moved to Sunset, Louisiana, His preaching ministry flourished under the guidance of Pastor Steven Hixon, leading him to serve as a Youth Pastor and eventually as the District Youth Pastor for The Southern Berith District of the FGBC Fellowship International.
With over 20 years of ministry experience, Elder Edward C. Doley has honed his gifts in preaching, administration, music, and prophecy. As a respected Prophet, he has traveled extensively to minister in churches across the country. In 2013, he established the Fully Committed Revival Center in the Garden District of New Orleans, embodying his vision for spiritual renewal.
Our faith is the cornerstone of life, providing us with strength, hope, and guidance through every situation. It is through our faith that we find peace in times of trouble and joy in times of blessings.
We are reminded of the words of Hebrews 11:1, "Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see." This verse serves as a constant reminder that our faith is not based on what we can see or touch, but on the promises of God.
Our faith is also a source of comfort and reassurance, knowing that we are never alone. Psalm 23:4 says, "Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me." This verse reminds us that no matter what challenges or trials we may face, God is always by our side, guiding and protecting us.
Our faith has inspired us to be actively involved in our community, seeking to make a positive impact and spread love and compassion to those around us. One of the ways we express our faith is through community service and outreach programs. We believe in the importance of helping those in need and being a source of support and encouragement to others.
We regularly volunteer at local shelters, food banks, and community centers, providing assistance to the homeless, low-income families, and individuals facing difficult circumstances. We also participate in community clean-up initiatives, environmental conservation projects, and educational programs aimed at empowering and uplifting our neighbors.
